VLS Laser Thickness Gauge
The VLS series measurement workstation integrates laser thickness measurement and visual inspection into one, suitable for thickness and surface defect detection of targets with a width of ≤1000mm.
This workstation can be used for calendering, thickness detection, dimension detection, alignment detection, and surface defect detection.
The VLS series can detect metal exposure at the edge of the coating area, particles, dents, bubbles, indentations, foil leakage, unwanted debris, adhesive residue, edge material loss, cracks, tape, and electrode sheet damage.
